Shafqat Ullah

Shafqat Ullah is a Ph.D. candidate in Structural Engineering at the University of North Dakota. His research focuses on the seismic behavior and buckling response of Thin-walled cylindrical steel storage tanks, and on the fluid–structure interaction of large-scale LNG and liquid storage tanks. He employs advanced finite element modeling and nonlinear dynamic analysis to evaluate stability and improve design practices. He has published several papers in the ASCE Journal of Structural Engineering and the ASCE Journal of Structural Design and Construction Practices.
